Unicorn Hoop Fest 2019 took place on Saturday 6th April, at Redland Green School, Bristol, BS6 7EH

DOUBLE McJUGGLE (USA)
​
Double McJuggle are a hoop juggling performance duo featuring Mckenzey Simper and Cassie Mckenney. McKenzey Simper has been studying and manipulating hoops for 7 years with a recent focus on Hoop Juggling. She has spent several years training and teaching in Salt Lake City, Utah until recently re-located to Portland, Oregon. Her goal is to inspire more people to pick up props and find their passion! Cassie McKenney has been training with hoops of all sizes since 2012. A leader in hoop tech, Cassie has multiple on-line tutorials that has taught thousands of hoopers the basics of technical spinning.
For the past 3 years, Cassie has been focusing on hoop juggling and incorporating toss juggling into her repertoire and classes offered. Her main goal as a teacher is to inspire hoopers to explore spinning, balance and juggling.
CHRIS C -SECTION (GERMANY)
C-Section aka Chris Gogler is a contemporary Hoop Dancer originally from Australia and now living in Berlin Germany. After hanging up his ballet shoes, Chris was looking for new challenges and inspirations. It wasn’t until he first swung a Hula-Hoop around his waist that a new flame was ignited, Hoop Dance, an inspired fusion of circus arts and contemporary dance, and C-Section was born!
The cheeky boylesque hoop dancer who wants to catch your eye and never let you look away.
EMILY WHEELER (UK)

Emily has been hooping since 2008. She has a fondness for shoulder tricks, breaks, rolls and unexpected combinations. A hoopers hooper, Emily has been a massive inspiration to many famous hoopers in the UK with her innovation and trick development.
In Emily’s workshop there will be a focus on knees and elbows, plus the odd bit of footwork. Expect breaks, anti-gravity rolls and vertical folds, plus continuous combination exploration.
KAY PINK HOOPS (UK)

Hooping since 2010, Kay has been a professional hoop instructor since 2011. She has taught solo tours around the UK, Europe, USA, Australia and Asia as well as hooping festivals world wide including Spin summit (USA), New Zealand Hoop Fest, German Hoop Con, Swhoop, Manchester Hoop Con, and the EJC.
A finalist in the first ever Hooping Idol, Kay is known for her foot hooping, twins, flow and her award winning Hoop burlesque performances.
